The Hennessey Venom GT has set a new world speed record for a two-seat sports car, hitting an official top speed of 270.49mph. Carried out on the 3.2-mile Space Shuttle landing strip at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, USA, the Venom GT eclipsed the former fastest car in the world’s record, the 267.86mph Bugatti Veyron Super Sport. Mitsubishi has announced two new models in the Outlander range

The Nissan Juke Shiro launches as a range topper for the Juke range, with white interior features and 17″ dark alloys. All the news of late on the Juke has been the very bonkers Juke-R, but now Nissan are back in the real world with a new range-topper in the guise of the Nissan Juke Shiro. The Shiro takes the mantle from the limited edition Juke Kuro, and builds on the top trim Tekna with cosmetic tweaks and extra options, to create the Juke Shiro.
